MagnaPics was a 3rd-year submission for the Amplified Connections project that is designed to connect international university students with their family across the world.
Students would take pictures of their daily lives then send them to a printer at the other person(s) and they can see visually how they are getting on.
The technology focused on magnetic ink embedded in photo paper that could be reset and reused.
